Greetings and welcome to Tumbleweed Lodge, the ultimate in upland wing shooting establishments throughout South Dakota and the Upper Midwest. Each year we provide our guests the opportunity to hunt pheasants in vast numbers last seen in the 1950's. Sharp-tail grouse, Prairie chicken, and Hungarian partridge also provide a challenge for those seeking the “Grand Slam of the Dakota's! Within 20 minutes of Tumbleweed Lodge, the Missouri River holds one of the best migratory flights of Canada geese and ducks in the country. Each fall thousands of Greater and Lesser Canada geese, snows, blues, speckle bellies, and Northern mallards travel the Missouri River Flyway through our backyard.
