Mountain Home Lodge

Mountain Home Lodge offers fishing and hunting trips which can be enjoyed by everyone. We are located on Red Cedar Lake in Northern Ontario and offer pickerel/walleye, northern pike, small mouth bass, and perch fishing. Red Cedar is one of the most prolific lakes in the area and has an average depth of 40 feet and still remains a true Northern fishing paradise with 100 miles of virtually untouched shoreline

Mountain Home Lodge is situated in one of the best areas in Northern Ontario for bear, moose, and grouse hunting. We offer a very professional and successful Spring and Fall bear hunt for Resident and Non-Resident hunters of Ontario. We hunt over baited stands, and offer transportation to and from stands, and provide assistance with harvested bears. All our bear hunting packages also include a housekeeping cottage, regular boat rental (fuel included). All stands are located in our bear management area, and are accessible by water, vehicle, or ATV. Bear stands are secluded to give you the best opportunity to harvest your bear, while enjoying what nature has to offer. Bear stands are fixed, with a sturdy ladder, and railings for your safety. We have stands designated for rife and or archery hunters.
