James Gray Hunting and Fishing is a personally owned and run hunting business. Based just north of the Christchurch City, James has been a professional hunter for over 25 years, 15 of those as a professional guide. Every hunting and holiday package is tailor-made for each visitor. We offer Big Game – deer, chamois, boars and elk; Birds – mallard, gray duck, Canada geese, shovelers, California Quail, turkey, paradise duck, black swan and pigeon; Fishing – brown trout, rainbow trout or salmon or try sea fishing.
