Cozy Camp & Outpost

Our remote location on the Walleye-stuffed English River system is one of the top Walleye fishing destinations in Ontario. One can also catch Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Brook & Lake Trout and Splake. The fall black bear hunt at Cozy Camp is a very exciting part of our season. Your reserved hunt can start as early as August 15th. The black bear are more than plentiful in our private bear management areas; they are way overpopulated. Our location on the English River is a superb starting point as the river will give you access to many miles of prime Moose country.

The Ruffed Grouse & Spruce Grouse are plentiful. It will not be hard to fill your limit each day. Most of the grouse in our area have never seen a human so they are not skittish at all. Being located on a major flyway flocks of migratory birds are drawn to the miles of natural wild rice beds. You won't have to travel far to fill your daily duck limits. Decoys are optional. Numerous varieties of ducks will test your shooting skills day after day. Duck Hunting on the river is as good as it gets!!
