The company is run and operated by Captain Tracy, a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Merchant Marine Officer. With Baltimore’s Finest Charters, your age and expertise don’t matter. The Captain is an excellent teacher, who welcomes any angler on board his comfortable boat from beginner to seasonal angler to a record-seeker.

We will utilize Trolling, Bottom Fishing, Chumming, Live Lining, and Jigging to target several different species: Striped Bass (Rock Fish), White Perch, Catfish, Blue Fish and Croaker.
