Overview
Avalanche Outfitters provides Fully Guided, Drop Camp and Spike Camp Hunts in Unit 43 surrounding Redstone,CO. We provide hunts in the Archery, Muzzleloader and Rifle seasons from Late August thru Mid November. Our hunts are targeted towards Elk, Mule Deer, Bear, Bighorn Sheep and Mountain Goat in the White River National Forest and Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness Areas. All of our hunts are based out of Wall Tent camps that are a one of a kind horseback hunting experience.
Come fish the beautiful and remote Avalanche Lake for wild cutthroat trout or the lower steams of the Crystal River Valley for rainbows and brook trout. We offer pack trips to Avalanche Lake, an undisturbed cutthroat sanctuary hidden at the western base of Capital Peak.
